1. Service Scope
- GetAppliCare offers professional repair and maintenance services for home appliances such as washing machines, microwaves, refrigerators, and more (AC services not included).
- All services are carried out by trained and certified technicians to ensure quality and reliability.
2. Booking and Cancellation
- Customers can book services through our website, mobile app, or customer support.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or repeated reschedules.
3. Diagnosis and Estimates
- Technicians will provide a detailed diagnosis and estimated cost before starting any repair work.
- If the customer chooses not to proceed after the diagnosis, a nominal visiting/inspection charge may apply.
4. Warranty
- We offer a 90-day warranty on repairs involving the same part or issue.
- This warranty covers any defect or failure related to the part replaced or issue resolved during our service.
- The warranty is void if:
- The appliance is mishandled or used improperly after the service.
- Repairs are attempted by any third party during the warranty period.
5. Parts and Replacements
- We use genuine or high-quality compatible parts for all repairs.
- In case a part needs to be ordered, the customer will be informed of the expected delivery timeline.
6. Payments
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other available modes after the service is completed.
- All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure someone is available at the scheduled time of service.
- Provide accurate appliance details and service history for faster diagnosis and repair.
- Keep children and pets away from the service area for safety reasons.
8. Limitation of Liability
- GetAppliCare is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, unavailability of parts, or appliance failure after warranty expiration.
9. Policy Updates
- GetAppliCare reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website.
